Why Joining an
RC Practice Circle?
- You don’t become a great collaborator by reading a book or attending a workshop—you become one by practicing, reflecting, and receiving feedback. These 2 hour sessions are designed to help you build muscle memory for authentic connection, transform conflict into collaboration, and enhance your impact in teams and relationships.
- The RC Daily Practice program (included for free) supports your growth between sessions with weekly exercises and a buddy system—helping you stay on track and integrate Radical Collaboration into your daily life.

Your facilitator
Malou has a background in civil engineering, management, clinical psychology and 20+ years of experience as a therapist, coach and trainer. She is passionate about personal growth and the dynamics of human interactions.
She is a master trainer in Radical Collaboration® which is taught worldwide in open and in-house workshops, to create more collaborative environments at work.
She also developed the Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation (ENBA) theory and the Transformational Keys (TK) facilitation model, that is tought in the TK online program, to support facilitators (therapists, coaches, health professionals, HR professionals, empathic leaders) in rewiring limiting patterns. The ENBA theory is a theory about human functioning and change that unifies many theories and approaches in the diverse world of psychology, psychotherapy and coaching.
Her goal is to support individuals and groups in raising their level of consciousness, addressing limiting patterns and creating thriving environments with more open-hearted communication, trust, psychological safety, self-accountability and constructive conflict-resolution, so they can live their full potential.
