You can't compete externally if you can't first collaborate internally

Hello,Â
I’m Jim Tamm
For over 50 years my passion has been building a more collaborative world. I first worked for several years in the corporate world, then became a lawyer and spent 25 years as a senior administrative law judge for the State of California with jurisdiction over employment disputes. Now, for the past 20 years, I’ve been a consultant, trainer, coach and teacher.Â
In the early 1990s I co-created the Radical Collaboration workshop along with Ron Luyet, and co-authored the book Radical Collaboration: Five Essential Skills To Overcome Defensiveness and Build Successful Relationships. That has taken me on a most exciting journey, having worked around the world in almost 40 countries. I’ve experienced firsthand the joy of helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals and thrive through better collaboration.
Â
I’m on the faculty of the International Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics, Executive Education, and the Leadership Academy of the University of California. Over the years I have also taught at Santa Clara University School of Law, The Talent Development Program at Harvard University and in Executive MBA programs in Mexico, Panama and Peru.
Â

Â
I limit my work to Radical Collaboration based workshops, keynote speeches and trainer certification programs. If you have any responsibility for building and maintaining a collaborative culture in your organization, or if you simply want to get better at building your own personal relationships, I’ll be happy to support you in those efforts.
Warmly,
Jim
