You can't compete externally if you can't first collaborate internally

Hello,

I’m Jim Tamm

For over 50 years my passion has been building a more collaborative world. I first worked for several years in the corporate world, then became a lawyer and spent 25 years as a senior administrative law judge for the State of California with jurisdiction over employment disputes. Now, for the past 20 years, I’ve been a consultant, trainer, coach and teacher.

In the early 1990s I co-created the Radical Collaboration workshop along with Ron Luyet, and co-authored the book Radical Collaboration: Five Essential Skills To Overcome Defensiveness and Build Successful Relationships. That has taken me on a most exciting journey, having worked around the world in almost 40 countries.  I’ve experienced firsthand the joy of helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals and thrive through better collaboration.

I’m on the faculty of the International Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics, Executive Education, and the Leadership Academy of the University of California. Over the years I have also taught at Santa Clara University School of Law, The Talent Development Program at Harvard University and in Executive MBA programs in Mexico, Panama and Peru.

I limit my work to Radical Collaboration based workshops, keynote speeches and trainer certification programs.  If you have any responsibility for building and maintaining a collaborative culture in your organization, or if you simply want to get better at building your own personal relationships, I’ll be happy to support you in those efforts.

Warmly,

Jim
