- you have attended a 3 or 4 day Radical Collaboration®
training - you want to continue to practice the collaborative skills you learned during the RC training
- you are eager to create high-trust relationships and collaborative environments at work and in your life

Course Features
- An online course that offers a series of 15 lessons, cycling 3 times through each of the five Radical Collaboration (RC) skills
- A new lesson is available every 2 weeks. Upon request you can also access all lessons at once
- Each lessons contains:
- A short video in which Jim Tamm and Malou Laureys discuss some aspects of one of the five Radical Collaboration skills
- Key learnings
- Two exercises related to the topic of the lesson
- An audio for self-reflection
- An invitation to have a buddy meeting to share your experiences and learnings with another course participant
- A third exercise for those who which to go deeper
- A one week break is offered after each series of 5 lessons, to give you the time to integrate the learnings
- Optional: one-on-one or group coaching sessions to address any issues that came up for you during the lessons
- Optional: a private online community platform for you and your team members to share, ask questions and get support on a frequent basis
- Investment: 550 euro/per person. Prices for coaching and an online private community are given upon request.
