Transformational KeysÂŽ
Healing CirclesÂ
Â
Connect. Transform. Heal.
A space for deep, embodied growth
and collective transformation.Â
What Are TK Healing Circles?
They are spaces for deep personal and interpersonal growth through safe, authentic connection.
Blending elements of group therapy and interactive group processes, these circles support insight and transformationânot just cognitively, but somatically and relationally.
Grounded in the Transformational Keys and informed by Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation (ENBA) theory, each circle creates a field of care, structure, and mutual respect where you are invited and guided to:
- Show up as you are
- Share authentically and receive compassionate, real-time feedback
- Engage in present-moment interactions that deepen awareness and connection
- Explore unconscious relational patterns as they arise in real time
- Co-create corrective relational experiences that support rewiring of outdated strategies
- Practice key relational capacities such as setting boundaries, speaking up, offering feedback, and expressing empathy

Your facilitatorÂ
Malou has a background in civil engineering, management, clinical psychology and 20+ years of experience as a therapist, coach and trainer. She is passionate about personal growth and the dynamics of human interactions.
She is a master trainer in  Radical CollaborationŽ which is taught worldwide in open and in-house workshops, to create more collaborative environments at work.
She also developed the Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation (ENBA) theory and the Transformational Keys (TK) facilitation model, that is tought in the TK online program, to support facilitators (therapists, coaches, health professionals, HR professionals, empathic leaders) in rewiring limiting patterns. The ENBA theory is a theory about human functioning and change that unifies many theories and approaches in the diverse world of psychology, psychotherapy and coaching. Â
Her goal is to support individuals and groups in raising their level of consciousness, addressing limiting patterns and creating thriving environments with more open-hearted communication, trust, psychological safety, self-accountability and constructive conďŹict-resolution, so they can live their full potential.Â
