I'm the founder of A Transformational Journey, and have a rich and diverse background in civil engineering, management, and clinical psychology, with over 20 years of experience as a therapist, coach, and trainer.

My passion lies in personal growth and understanding the dynamics of human interactions. Malou is the creator of the Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation (ENBA) theory and the Transformational Keys (TK) facilitation model, which she teaches in the TK online program. These tools are designed to help facilitators—therapists, coaches, health professionals, HR professionals, and empathic leaders—bring about lasting change by addressing limiting patterns within themselves and those they work with. ENBA is a comprehensive theory of human functioning and change, integrating various theories and approaches from neuroscience, psychology, psychotherapy, coaching and eastern philosophy.

In addition, I'm also a master trainer in the globally recognized Radical Collaboration training, which helps organizations foster more collaborative work environments.
